This privacy policy applies to the Pick and Boom mobile application (the "Application") created by Tharet Muon as a Free service.
For a better experience while using our Service, the Application does not require or allow users to create an account. You can access all core features without providing personally identifiable information (such as your name, email, or physical address). Any interaction data required for the game logic is processed locally on your device.
To support app maintenance, monitor performance, and deliver relevant ads, the Application integrates third-party SDKs that may collect non-sensitive device parameters (such as Device IDs, IP Address, and Advertising IDs):
To provide relevant advertising, limit ad frequency, and prevent fraud, this Application integrates third-party SDKs (such as Meta, Mintegral, and ironSource) that may access device performance metrics or the list of installed application packages on your device. This data is transmitted securely to third-party SDK providers strictly for ad-serving logic and anti-fraud verification and is not stored or processed on the developer's private servers.
Account Creation: The Application does not support user accounts or profile creation. Therefore, there are no user accounts or persistent personal profiles to delete.
Data Deletion Requests: Third-party ad partners may collect anonymous identifiers such as your Google Advertising ID (GAID). You can opt out or reset your Advertising ID directly at any time via your device settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads → Reset Advertising ID or Delete Advertising ID).

This Application is designed for a Mixed Audience (users aged 13 and older). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete it from our records. For users identified as minors (13–17), ad network SDKs implement restricted data processing as required by applicable child privacy laws and ad platform policies.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
