This privacy policy applies to the Moodiary - Your Mood Tracker mobile application (the "Application") created by Tharet Muon as a Free service.
Your personal logs are private by design. The Application does not require or allow users to create an account. All personal journal entries, mood logs, emotional reflections, and custom settings are stored 100% locally on your device. We do not operate external servers for your private content, and we have no technical means to access, store, or view your personal logs.
To support ongoing app maintenance, monitor performance, and deliver relevant ad services, the Application integrates third-party SDKs that may collect non-sensitive technical parameters (such as Device IDs, IP Address, and Advertising IDs):
The Application does not collect, track, or share your precise GPS location data. To deliver relevant ad units and prevent fraud, integrated ad SDKs (such as Meta, Mintegral, and ironSource) may check basic device metrics or installed package information. This data is processed securely by third-party SDK providers strictly for ad-serving logic and anti-fraud verification and is never stored on the developer's private servers.
Account Creation: The Application does not support user accounts or profile creation. Therefore, there are no remote user profiles or server-side logs to delete.
Data Control & Deletion: You can completely erase all local mood entries and app preferences at any time by clearing the application's storage via your device settings or by uninstalling the application.
Third-party ad networks may collect anonymized advertising identifiers (such as GAID). You can reset or opt out of personalized ads directly on your device via Settings → Privacy → Ads → Reset Advertising ID or Delete Advertising ID.
If you wish to request the deletion of any direct communications or cached diagnostic logs submitted directly to us, please email us at youngdevkh@gmail.com. We will respond and process your request within 30 days.
Moodiary offers built-in features such as App Lock to help you secure your local logs. Because your data remains on your physical device, we recommend using device-level security (passcodes, PIN, or biometric lock) to protect your device. While we strive to protect any processed technical data using commercially acceptable standards, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.
This Application is designed for a Mixed Audience (users aged 13 and older). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover a child under 13 has provided personal information, we immediately delete it from our systems. For users aged 13–17, third-party ad network SDKs enforce restricted data processing modes in compliance with applicable child safety and privacy regulations.
We may update our Privacy Policy periodically. You are advised to review this page from time to time for any changes. Updates are effective immediately upon being published on this page.
