This privacy policy applies to the Been Love Anniversary mobile application (the "Application") created by Tharet Muon as a Free service.

1. Data Collection & Privacy

We value your privacy. The Application does not require or allow users to create an account. All personal data related to your relationship—including anniversary dates, partner names, custom text, and custom photos used within the app or widgets—are processed and stored locally on your device. We do not operate external servers to collect, upload, or store your personal stories, photos, or milestone records.

2. Third-Party Services & Ad Partners

To support app maintenance, monitor stability, and deliver targeted ad services, the Application integrates third-party SDKs that may collect non-sensitive technical parameters (such as Device IDs, IP Address, and Advertising IDs):

3. App Activity & Device Permissions

To deliver its core features and ensure secure ad integration, the Application requests the following permissions and system access:

• Photos / Media Access: Strictly to allow you to select, crop, and display partner photos locally in the app and on home screen widgets. Photos are never uploaded to any remote server.
• Notifications: To deliver scheduled reminders on your device for upcoming anniversaries and important milestones.
• Installed Packages & Device Metrics: Integrated ad SDKs (such as Meta, Mintegral, and ironSource) may access device performance metrics or package checks strictly for ad-serving logic, frequency capping, and anti-fraud verification.

4. User Accounts & Data Deletion

Account Creation: The Application does not support user accounts or profile registration. Consequently, no remote account credentials or online user profiles exist.

Data Control & Deletion: You can clear all local app data and custom photos at any time by clearing the app's storage via your device settings or by uninstalling the app.

Third-party ad networks may collect anonymized advertising identifiers (such as GAID). You can reset or opt out of personalized ads directly on your device via Settings → Privacy → Ads → Reset Advertising ID or Delete Advertising ID.

5. Security

Because your relationship memory data is stored locally, its security depends on your device's operating system security. We recommend securing your device with a passcode or biometric lock. We strive to protect any processed analytical data using commercially acceptable standards, though no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

6. Children’s Privacy & Mixed Audience

This Application is designed for a Mixed Audience (users aged 13 and older). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover a child under 13 has provided personal information, we immediately delete it from our systems. For users aged 13–17, third-party ad network SDKs enforce restricted data processing modes in compliance with applicable child safety and privacy regulations.

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically. We advise you to review this page from time to time for any changes. Updates are effective immediately upon being published on this page.
